Went today for my normal morning/daily routine and noticed a new employee (black lady with hair tied up, very young) she was rude and had 0 customer service experience, it truly makes ONE employee ruin the experience; it’s almost 9am and they had no fruits prepared mind you they open at 7am! Customers should be able to walk in to an open ready business without asking for something simple and being told “oh we don’t have it ready” or “we’re barely cutting it” that’s not professional at all and on top of that a rude attitude. I get this job may be a temporary gig for many but this is a business I support almost daily, wish the experience/employees did better…..afternoon team is nice and does an amazing job….

First time trying and ordered on app because didn’t want to take up the drive through staring at the menu for 15 minutes, only to get there and realize it was BOGO happy hour. Asked if we could add one on for free and they said no. I get if we were asking for a free one for no reason, but to say no just because you ordered online? And $5 for a tea is ridiculous (especially when it kind of taste like Arizona iced tea from the gas station). Overall, the tea was good enough, it but the cost is just insane and their customer service leaves something to be desired.

I’ve been here a few times in the last month, and while service isn’t bad, it also isn’t that special. HOWEVER, today Royce helped me and he is SO friendly, upbeat, and was always smiling when I was speaking with him. I had a rough morning today, and his kind and happy attitude is contagious and helped make my morning a little better. :) It was also the quickest service I’ve had here! Thank you Royce!

An incredible variety of flavored teas and lemonades! I love that you can customize them by adding fresh fruit like strawberries and watermelon. 🍓🍉 Don’t miss happy hour from 2-4 PM daily, even on weekends—it’s the perfect time to stop by!

Wow, what a great concept. About 20 different fresh brewed iced teas in all kinds of different combination flavors. My favorite was sweet coconut very unique and very addictive lol they have happy hour from 2 to 4 every day so I’ve got a huge 51 ounce iced tea for $1.89 highly recommend. If you love, fresh brewed Texas tea, this is the place.!
